Presentation of Wreaths Celebration

West River Health Care Center is inviting you to join us for our 10th annual "Presentation of Wreaths" holiday celebration. The event is on Thursday, December 5th from 5pm - 7pm. Come walk through the building to see all the decorated wreaths which are up for auction to benefit the Children's Cancer Center at Yale New Hospital.
