Klan Leaflets Appear in Milford

At least one Milford resident was reportedly shocked Monday when he found a letter with a message from a Ku Klux Klan organization in his driveway.

The Connecticut Post reports that leaflets were left in some driveways of homes in the city’s northern end.

Each had the note, “You can sleep well tonight knowing the UKA is awake,” the Post reports. The United Klans of America is “the largest functioning Ku Klux Klan operation in the nation,” the Post reports.

“It’s shocking,” a resident told the newspaper. “Nobody wants that here.”
