Hi everyone I would like to welcome you to my first Blog. I am Sydney Sherman. Author, Medium and Paranormal Investigator.
I would like for you to get to know a little about me so in future blogs you will have a better understanding of who I am.
I was born in Milford, Ct in the 60's, and from a very young age it was apparent that I was different. "I saw dead people". I didn't necessarily know they were dead, but what I did know was that I was the only one who could see them. This became my secret.
Growing up in Milford was like growing up in any small town. My first Ghost Investigation was on Charles Island in 1978. I decided then that I wanted to try to capture for others what I could see. Within a few years I founded CtGhosthunters.
CtGhosthunters is still a well established Paranormal Group here in Ct with and excellent reputation. I am very proud of that. Our philosophy is "if the activity you are investigating can be caused by any other means, you can not say it is paranormal". We believe that most claims of activity are caused by events occurring in our own environment. We provide education on how to recognize potential paranormal events.
As the years went by, I finally felt at ease with my ability. I began educating and coaching others on how they too can connect with their loved ones.
After many requests I began writing my first book "You Are Not Alone; Our Loved Ones Are Here....You're Just Not Listening", a self published book about my life, the misconceptions about the Afterlife and tips on how you can benefit from forming that special connection with your loved ones.
My book was released on June 14, 2012 and is doing very well.
