A fun free day for the entire family is on tap for the 15th annual Walnut Beach Arts and Crafts Festival 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday Aug. 4 at the green across East Broadway from Walnut Beach in Milford.
The festival includes a 5K road race, children’s race, musical entertainment throughout the day, vendors selling arts and crafts, multi-ethnic cuisine and discounts at local eateries.
The event has grown in appeal since 1999 from just residents of the local community to attracting people from the Greater Bridgeport and New Haven regions.
