Milford School Budget to be Unveiled Tonight

Last year's expenditures totaled $85.5 million, a 2.7 percent increase from the 2011-12 budget.

Superintendent Elizabeth Feser is presenting her first school budget tonight since heading the Milford School District last year. The Board of Education meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the . 

The 2012-13 school budget will be presented to the Board of Education, who has to send the revised budget to the mayor’s office by Jan. 31. After, the Finance Committee makes any changes before the Board of Alderman vote in May.
