Jay Rowe Sets Dates for Annual Concerts for Milford Schools

Smooth Jazz for Scholars has raised over $41,000 for Milford Schools over the course of its run.

Milford-based musician Jay Rowe puts on an annual smooth jazz concert from which all proceeds go to Milford Public Schools. Last year, we spoke with Jay Rowe at Cafe Atlantique about his concert series.

Jay Rowe has now posted information about this year's Smooth Jazz for Scholars concert on his website:

The Smooth Jazz For Scholars show will be held on 4/26/13 and 4/27/13. The line-up for 4/26 is Alex Bugnon, Marc Antoine, Nick Colionne and Nelson Rangell. The line-up for 4/27 is Jeff Golub, Marion Meadows, Chieli Minucci and saxophonist Vincent Ingala.

Tickets are $40 each for each night and $70 each for both nights. Tickets can be purchased by sending a check or money order payable to Smooth Jazz For Scholars Inc. to P.O. Box 3723 Milford, CT. 06460.
