If you like to move then a Vinyasa class is for you. The class is made up of a "flow" of postures or asanas all initiated by the breath. No two classes are alike and your teacher's personal style will definitely come through in a Vinyasa class. Vinyasa classes can be slow or fast paced and depending on that pace, the continual movement from one pose to another can give you an added cardiovascular benefit which other forms of yoga may not have.
