HATHA w/Julia Hepfer

The word HATHA comes from the Sanskrit terms "ha" meaning "sun" and "tha" meaning "moon."  Thus, Hatha Yoga is the branch of yoga that unites and balances pairs of opposites:  active, hot, positive, masculine with receptive, cool, moon, feminine -- aspects found within all of us.  Hatha Yoga combines physical exercise and mental discipline, with the hope of integrating both the body and the mind.  It consists of poses designed to increase strength and flexibility, known as asanas and controlled breathing, known as pranayama.  Hatha yoga poses range from novice-level poses to poses that can challenge even the experienced practicioner.  A class will likely be slower-paced making it a great place to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques and become comfortable with yoga.

To clarify, they have 4 cats, and they're only able to take two of them, plus their 14 year old dog.Read More It was a struggle for them to even find a way to get the dog in the rental agreement, otherwise they would have tried to take them. :(

Sad that they had to leave these beauties behind. I'm sure they are heartbroken over it.

Please contact Forgotten Felines in Clinton. They are a no kill cat shelter. Offering "free toRead More a good home" pets is dangerous. There are bad people out there who take them and sell them to research labs or use them as bait in dog fighting. Please rethink this ad.
