I.C.E. That Is Not Cold

I.C.E., Epilepsy, Robert Fiore, medical condition, EMT, help, Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate

By now almost every person in America knows about I.C.E., In Case of Emergency.  The Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate constantly encourages people to have a detailed I.C.E. sheet and we even offer to make them for people living with Epilepsy.

Your I.C.E. sheet should have detailed information about you and your medical condition, your medication, your doctors and of course your I.C.E. contacts.  We recommend you have three or four people on that list.  We also tell people they should have it mounted where is can be seen when an EMT or fire fighter or police officer can see is when they walk in your front door. One should also be on your refrigerator and in your travel bag.
