I’d like to congratulate Lisa Bull DiLullo on her election as Chairman of the Republican Party. This is a volunteer position which takes a lot of time, energy and patience. Yet, our Democracy depends upon people like Lisa, and all politically active citizens, to give voice to ideas and differing opinions. I applaud her for her willingness to take on this challenging role and wish her well in her new role.
Lisa will be the sixth Republican Chairperson I have had the privilege to work with during my time as Chairman of the Milford Democratic Party. In the past, I have had the privilege of working across Party lines on fundraisers and other community interests with Republican Chairmen and I will look forward to working with Lisa and the entire Republican Party over these next two years on issues that are important to our great City.
