State Prosecutor Says "Evidence Showed the Recklessness" of Jason Anderson

State Prosecutor Kevin D. Lawlor noted that he was satisfied with the judgement sentencing ex-Milford Police Officer Jason Anderson to 5 years in prison.

 

Jason Anderson was sentenced to 5 years in prison in Milford Superior Court on Wednesday, January 16th.

So if I was a cop and killed two kids with my car on duty, I'll only get five years. Not right.. He should have gotten more than that, but atleast he is getting something and not a slap on thw wrist.

Tiffany, for over 100 years the records show that if you want to get away with murder, the safest way was to use an automobile. Just don't make it obvious. The ADA and myself are satisfied that the judge after taking all factors into account arrived at a just decision. Yes justice was done.

It was the jury that screwed up, he should have been found guilty of manslaughter.
