Paul Davis Running Unopposed in 117th District

Davis is running for what would be his fifth term as state representative from the 117th Assembly District.

 

It's smooth sailing today for Paul Davis, who is running unopposed in the 117thth District, which includes the towns of Milford, Orange and West Haven.

Davis currently serves as Assistant Majority Leader, Chair of the Regulations Review Committee and is a member of the General Assembly’s Environment and Education Committees

According to his bio, Davis "is a Past President of the Amity Coaches Association, served on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut High School Coaches Association, and chaired the Connecticut High School Girls Swimming Committee. He currently serves on the CIAC Sportsmanship Committee. In addition he has been awarded Connecticut Coach of the Year several times, was a finalist for National Coach of the Year, and in 2009 was inducted into the Connecticut High Coaches Association and Amity Alumni Halls of Fame."
