Milford Republicans Look Forward to 2012 General Assembly Races

The local GOP have endorsed Michael DeGrego, Michael Casey and Pamela Staneski for the state house and senate.

Republicans have high hopes for the candidates for the 2012 election.

According to an article by the New Haven Register, local Republicans hope that victories by Michael DeGrego, Michael Casey and Pamela Staneski will help strengthen the party’s presence in the General Assembly.

DeGrego is running against incumbent Democrat Gayle Slossberg in the 14th Senate District, Casey is running against incumbent Democrat Kim Rose in the 118th House District, and Staneski is running for an open seat in the 119th House District against Democrat James Maroney.
