Milford PZB Approves Mixed-Use Plan for Naugatuck Avenue

The building has been boarded up for years.

The Milford Planning and Zoning Board approved Milford Public Works Director Christopher Saley's request to turn an existing building at 255-257 Naugatuck Avenue for a first floor commercial use and three apartments on the upper levels, the Milford Mirror reports. 
The building has been boarded up for many years, and zoning officials say the project will be good for the village of Devon.
