Memorial Day: Milford Honors Veterans With Parade May 25

In addition, Milford's Memorial Day Wreath Laying Ceremony will also be held on the morning of Sunday, May 25 in front of City Hall.

This Memorial Day Weekend, Milford residents will once again have an opportunity to honor the city and nation's men and women who have served on the country's armed forces.

The City of Milford will host its annual Memorial Day Parade on Sunday, May 25 starting at 2 p.m.

The 2014 Grand Marshall and Key-Note Speaker will be Bill Kates, the former chairman of the Veterans Ceremony and Parade Commission.  

All units and marchers are asked to assemble at the Daniel Wasson Field parking lot at 1 p.m.

Wreath Laying Ceremony

The City of Milford's Memorial Day Wreath Laying Ceremony will also be held on Sunday, May 25 in front of City Hall at 9:45 a.m. 

All are invited to attend this short but moving ceremony, event organizers said.
