Line-up of Milford 375th Activities for the Entire Week

Parade will be held on Sunday

Milford is celebrating its 375th birthday this week and everyday there is a fun event planned. Here is your lineup for the week. Happy Birthday Milford!

Monday, June 9th 

Showcase your business at the Westfield Mall with our “Salute to Business.” Milford businesses are invited to participate with items made in Milford on display from 10AM – 9PM

Tuesday, June 10th

We celebrate diversity with Milford Literacy Center featuring food and music from around the world at Fowler Field from 4PM-8PM 

Wednesday, June 11th 

Find out what's happening in Milfordwith free, real-time updates from Patch.

Visit the Milford Public Library for Local Author Day and Writers Slam. Various local authors are available for a signing leading into an evening of storytelling by unpublished writers

Dance to the oldies with Michael Rea at Walnut Beach Pavilion from 6:30PM-9:30PM

Thursday, June 12th

We show our appreciation for municipal government by welcoming back our former Mayors, along with Mayor Blake, to speak with our Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts about Milford’s past, present and future, followed by a tour of City departments starting at 9AM in City Hall

Grab a blanket and settle in on the sand at Gulf Beach to watch the Milford Yacht Club Thursday Night Races starting at 6:30PM

Friday, June 13th

We celebrate the backbone of our community at the Senior Center at 130PM with music and a flag ceremony 

That evening, jam to music by Flashback at the Fowler Pavilion beginning at 7PM

 “To Gillian, On Her 37th Birthday,” an Eastbound Theater production, will be performed at 8PM at the Milford Arts Council  

Saturday June 14th

A day filled with historic home tours, Milford Arts Council Plein Air painting at various sites, slide and bounce for the kids, join us as the Milford Concert Band entertains us on the Green at 2PM.  

Head to Lisman’s Landing at 3PM to hear the music of the Sapphire Band followed by Dr B and the Brotherhood at 6:30PM, enjoy a feast of food trucks including The Local Meatball, Melt Mobile, BRYAC Shuck Truck and LobsterCraft, wash it down with a sampling of local craft beer and wine

Stay for an amazing fireworks  display at 9:30PM 

Stroll over to the Milford Elks Lodge for the Peace and Love Bands Block Party which starts at 6PM

Sunday June 15th

Listen  for the Ringing of the Bells at noon

The Grand Parade takes place as our finale at 2PM with floats, music and more!
