Senate

Chris Shays and Linda McMahon shared an uncomfortable interaction at Atria Stamford, where the two candidates had back-to-back appearances, reports Greenwich Time. The incident occurred when Shays went back to retrieve a forgotten brochure.

Third District

Rosa DeLauro (D) is encouraging the Obama Administration to find the $4.3 million a year "Microbiological Data Program," reports the Food Poisoning Bulletin. The program checks market produce for pathological bacteria.

Wayne Winsley (R) posted on his Facebook page in support of small business owners:
