On July 16th, arrested Barbara Williams, 29 of Bridgeport, in response to an April 5th incident in which a Milford resident complained of harassing phone calls.
An investigation led to the arrest of Williams, who is accused of calling the complainant 32 times in a 30 minute period. Williams was angry that the complainant had her friend arrested for an unrelated incident.
Williams has been charged with second degree harassment. She was released on a promise to appear in court on August 9th.
