A Wendy's employee is accused of taking $650 from the 433 Old Gate Lane business on October 10th, 2012.
An investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for Robert Stevens, age 24, of 126 Baxter Lane, Milford.
Stevens has been charged with fifth degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on December 11th, 2012.
