A Milford man was detained by a U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force in regards to two outstanding warrants for his arrest.
Branden Stevens, age 23 of 655 Buckingham Avenue, Milford, is accused of failing to appear in court on September 25th, 2012 regarding two separate arrests in Milford.
Stevens was originally arrested in March 2009 for criminal mischief and larceny and in June 2012 for larceny and drug offenses.
Stevens was charged with first degree failure to appear and second degree failure to appear.
His bond was set at $6,500 with a court date of October 16th.
The U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force is comprised of offices from Milford, New Haven, West Haven and Hamden working under the direction of the U.S. Marshals Service.
