Two Milford men were arrested after they were allegedly found inside an East Broadway residence.
Daniel Mokrycki, age 32 of 688 East Broadway, Milford, initially refused to comply with officers and leave the house, according to Milford Police.
Police found a room inside the unoccupied residence that had allegedly been rummaged through.
Mokrycki and Earl Cooper, age 28 of 688 East Broadway, Milford, were both charged with second degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second degree burglary, and sixth degree criminal attempt to commit larceny.
Bond was set at $10,000 with a court date of March 19, 2013.
