Two Arrested for Alleged Fracas at Milford Target

Suspects both face a second-degree breach of peace charge, among other charges.

Two people were arrested at Target Friday for an alleged fracas at the Boston Post Road store.

Jermaine Foskey and Jamell Mention are accused of creating a disturbance in which the former threatened employees.

Some merchandise was knocked to the floor during the alleged incident, police said.

Police said they apprehended the suspects after a brief foot pursuit.

Foskey, 23, of Glenview Terrace in New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree intimidation, second-degree threatening and interfering with police.

Mention, 22, of Country Hill Road in Hamden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with police.

Both were released on a promise to appear in court Jan. 14.
