After stopping a vehicle for allegedly changing lanes without signaling, it was discovered that a Trumbull man was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, according to Milford Police.
A breathalyzer test allegedly revealed that Douglas Lee, age 32 of Trumbull, had an elevated blood alcohol level.
Lee was charged with failure to use proper signal and DUI.
His bond was set at $500 with a court date of March 28, 2013.
