On July 17th at 1:00 a.m., responded to a complaint of a man, allegedly Robert Colacino, 47 of Milford, being loud at 86 Thompson Street.
While investigating, police allegedly discovered three bottles of steroids and syringes in Colancino's possession.
Colancino has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on August 17th.
