State: Citrus Sells Alcohol to Minors

Ctirus must address these charges before the Liquor Control Commission.


The Downtown Milford bar and restaurant has been cited on four counts of alleged sale of alcohol to minors and four counts of minors in the barroom.

During routine inspections in early August, agents from the Department of Consumer Protection Liquor Control Division and members of the conducted routine inspections of several local establishments, including: , , , , , and Citrus.

The inspections dealt with compliance to Connecticut Liquor laws, focusing on sales to minors and intoxicated persons.

For alleged sales to minors and minors in barroom, Citrus will be scheduled for an administrative hearing before the Liquor Control Commission to address the charges.
