Shelton Man Charged with Leaving Syringes, Steroids in Vacated Milford Apartment

A Shelton man was arrested following a September 9, 2013 complaint that syringes and steroid substance were left in a vacated Milford apartment. 

An investigation led to the determination that the contraband and substance were left by Steven Cajigas, age 28 of 696 Booth Hill Rd., Shelton. 

Cajigas was arrested on May 15, 2014 and charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 10.
