Sex Offender Due in Court for Alleged Incident at Milford Motel
Donovan Gayle of New York is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault of a juvenile.

A New York man is expected to be arraigned today in Milford Superior Court for allegedly engaging in inappropriate sexual contact with a juvenile at a Milford motel on Sept. 23.

Donovan Gayle, 44, of Hempstead, NY, is charged with risk of injury, disorderly conduct and fourth-degree sexual assault, and was held by Milford police in lieu of $150,000 bond.
Police said Gayle is a registered sex offender in the state of New York, where he was apprehended on Oct. 10.
