Thomas Noble 22 of Ansonia, was arrested by Milford Police Officer Lacey on July 5th at 2:30 a.m. for allegedly striking a female companion and forcefully removing her from a vehicle during an argument.
Noble had been charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace and interfering with police.
