PD: Milford Man Steals Electricity From UI

Arrest information provided by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.


A Milford man was arrested for allegedly illegally obtaining electrical service at the residence of 35 Crowley Avenue, where he was renting from June 2010 until March 2012.

The alleged stolen electrical service was valued at $5,303.51. Frank Thomas, age 49 of 135 Wheelers Farm Road, Milford, was also charged for failing to pay for previous electrical services in the amount of $3,866.39.

Frank Thomas was charged by Milford Police with third degree larceny. 

He was released on a promise to appear in court on December 11th.

To clarify, they have 4 cats, and they're only able to take two of them, plus their 14 year old dog.Read More It was a struggle for them to even find a way to get the dog in the rental agreement, otherwise they would have tried to take them. :(

Please contact Forgotten Felines in Clinton. They are a no kill cat shelter. Offering "free toRead More a good home" pets is dangerous. There are bad people out there who take them and sell them to research labs or use them as bait in dog fighting. Please rethink this ad.
