Milford Police observed a vehicle traveling on the Boston Post Road swerving out of the established driving lane several times.
During a stop of the vehicle, Police found that Ilir Alibali, age 41 of Bridgeport, was operating while under the influence of alcohol, resulting in his arrest.
Alibani was charged with DUI and failure to drive in established lane.
Bond was set at $500 with a court date of January 10th, 2013.
