Milford Police received a complaint from a resident regarding an intruder inside his parked vehicle.
James Digangi, age 27 of 87 Golden Hill Street, Milford, was allegedly located next to the residence with a GPS unit and flashlight that were taken from inside the vehicle.
During his arrest, Milford Police report that Digangi was found in possession of marijuana and related drug paraphernalia. Digani admitted to entering other vehicles in the area, which Milford Police are investigating.
Digangi was charged with sixth degree larceny, third degree burglary, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was held on $1,000 bond.
