New Haven Man Collared for Alleged Clothing Heist

Milford police make arrest at the Abercrombie & Fitch at the mall.

A New Haven man was arrested Friday for allegedly walking out of a Milford Abercrombie & Fitch store with $185 worth of clothing he didn’t pay for.

Bobbi Griffin, 23, is also accused of pushing a security guard during the alleged incident at the Westfield Connecticut Post Mall.

Griffin was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace. The New Haven man was released on a promise to appear for a court date on Aug. 13.
