New Haven Man Accused of Stealing Two Fragrance Bottles From Macy's
Man allegedly became combative with a store employee
Milford police say, Jose Mateo, 34, of Howard Avenue in New Haven, is accused of taking two fragrance bottles valued at $187 from Macy’s without paying for them.
Mateo allegedly became physically combative with a store employee during the incident, police said. He was charged with third-degree robbery, second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.
He was held on $7,500 bond.
