Milford Woman Accused of Shoplifting $400 Worth of Goods from Target

A Milford woman was arrested Friday for allegedly stealing $400 worth of goods from the Target store at the Westfield Connecticut Post Mall.
Tara Rainey, 44, of Harvest Lane, faces a sixth-degree larceny charge for the alleged shoplifting incident that police said occurred Friday afternoon.
