Milford Teens Arrested For Graffiti Incident

The alleged incident took place on May 8th.

 

On May 31st at 12:30 a.m., 3:20 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., Richard Cyr, 18, and Jeff Raucci, 18, both of Milford, were arrested following an alleged vandalism incident on May 8th at 20 Lansdale Ave. A third youthful offender, 17, was also arrested. All three were allegedly involved in a graffiti incident.

Cyr, Raucci and the youthful offender were each charged with third degree criminal mischief, third degree conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, third degree criminal trespass and third degree conspiracy to commit criminal trespass.

The three boys were released on a promise to appear in court on June 20th.
