Milford Police Officer Jeff Nielsen noted that Mugford's family said that Amberlee was "frequenting New Haven." She was last seen by her family on Tuesday, July 31st and returned home on Friday, August 3rd.

This morning, released the following information: "On August 3, 2012 the Milford Police Department was notified by the family of missing juvenile Amberlee Mugford that she returned home safely."

is currently investigating a missing person complaint involving a 15-year-old Milford resident.
Amberlee Mugford was last seen by her family in Milford on July 31, 2012. Investigators received information that Amberlee may be frequenting the New Haven area.
Amberlee was wearing a tan tank top, jean shorts and a beige/gray striped sweater. She is described as a white female, 5’1”, 134 pounds, brown hair and hazel eyes.
