A Milford teen was arrested Sunday for allegedly stealing a check from a person's mailbox and forging it in the amount of $3,000 into his personal bank account.
Arthur Hill, 18, faces charges of first-degree forgery and third-degree larceny for the alleged incident police said happened in April 2012.
Hill was held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
