Milford Police Investigate Burglary At a Pizza Place

Police asking for your help in identifying the suspect

The Milford Police Department is currently investigating a commercial burglary that occurred on June 10 during the overnight hours at East Shore Pizza, 1374 New Haven Ave in Milford.

Investigation revealed that the suspect entered through the front door of the business after damaging the door. The cash register containing an undisclosed amount of money was taken from the business, police said.

Its amazing how Milford Police are interested in this but when my mother in law's car was broken into at the 7-11 parking lot they did nothing. There was a security camera pointed right at the car. They told her "if we even take a look at the security footage, we will call you sometime this week" No phone call. So we went to the police station to talk to the officer who took the report. He was always "not available". I hope that they find who ever robbed this pizza place, don't get me wrong. I just wonder what the difference in urgency comes from.
