Milford Police Charge Man With DUI After An Accident
The Trumbull resident was involved in a motor vehicle accident near Westfield Connecticut Post mall.
Milford police say Steven Jones, 23, of Jog Hill Road in Trumbull, is accused of being under the influence at the time of a motor vehicle accident.
Police said they received a complaint of a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Old Gate Lane and East Town Road Thursday evening.
Police said they found Jones was driving under the influence of alcohol and a Breathalyzer revealed he had an elevated blood alcohol level.

He was charged with DUI and improper turn. He was released after posting $500 bond and is due to appear in Superior Court, Milford on August 21.
