Milford police say they arrested a man Tuesday accused of having inappropriate physical contact with three area juveniles.
Michael Seidman, previously of Meriden, Conn., was arrested in August for possession of child pornography and voyeurism. That was after an investigation discovered numerous images and videos of child pornography on Seidman's electronic devices, police said.
Seidman, 48, was charged this week with three counts risk of injury to a minor, three counts disorderly conduct and use of a computer to entire a minor.
He was held in lieu of $30,000 bond and was due in court Oct. 16.
