Milford Police Blotter: Employee Theft, Disorderly Conduct, Assault

Kathleen Rappa, 23, of Pine Knob Terrace in Milford, was charged April 28 with disorderly conduct. According to police, officers received a complaint regarding a disturbance at a Pine Knob Terrace residence. An investigation led to the arrest of Rappa, who is accused of pushing a relative during an argument, police said. She was released on a promise to appear in court April 29. 

Vincent Maraia, 55, and Danial Deloma, 22, both of Welton Street in Milford, were charged April 29 with disorderly conduct, with Deloma additionally charged with third-degree assault. According to police, officers received a complaint regarding a disturbance between relatives at a Welton Street resident. An investigation led to the arrests of Maraia and Deloma, who are both accused of engaging in a physical altercation with each other. Both men were released on a promise to appear in court April 29.

Latoya Henderson, 23, of Orchard Street in New Haven, was charged April 29 with fifth-degree larceny. Accoriding to Milford Police, officers received a complaint regarding an employee theft that occurred at Walmart at 1365 Boston Post Road on Dec. 6, 2013. An investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for Henderson, who is accused of making two fraudulent cash transactions onto a store gift card totaling $1,000, and then later the same day using the gift card to purchase a television and other items at another Walmart in Wallingford. She was held on a $1,000 bond.
