Milford Police Arrests: DUI, Narcotics Possession

The following arrest information was provided by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

A driver was arrested for driving while under the influence on Feb. 20 after his vehicle was pulled over due to an obstructed license plate

According to Milford Police, an officer observed a vehicle traveling on the Boston Post Road with an item obstructing the view of the license plate.

During the stop of the vehicle, the officer found that the man was operating while under the influence of alcohol.

A breathalyzer test revealed the driver had an elevated blood alcohol level, police said.

Patrick Masloski, 29, of Elm Street in Stratford, was charged with driving under the influence and an obstructed license plate. A bond of $500 was set and Masloski was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 20.

Narcotics Possession

Brian Parker, 30, of River Cliff Drive in Milford, was charged Feb. 21 with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 18.

No other information was available at time of Parker's release, police said.
