Milford PD: Duchess Employee Nabbed for Hiding Camera Phone in Ladies Room

A customer found the camera phone in a paper towel dispenser and discovered it was in recording mode, according to Milford Police.

 

A female customer at Duchess Restaurant in Milford discovered a camera phone positioned in the paper towel dispenser inside the ladies restroom she was using on January 3rd, 2013, according to Milford Police.

The customer removed the phone and found that it was in recording mode. It was later determined that the phone belonged to an employee of the restaurant.

Milford Police arrested Tiago Dominguez, age 24 of Bridgeport, the alleged employee and owner of the camera phone.

Dominguez was charged with voyeurism and second degree breach of peace.
Dominguez was released on a $25,000 bond and given a court date of February, 5th, 2013.

Investigators seized the cell phone during this incident and are reviewing it for further potential victims.
