Milford PD Charge Man for 11 Separate Offenses

Arrest information provided by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

An Ansonia man was arrested for allegedly stealing a purse, using the stolen fred card, as well as regarding another incident involving a stolen license plate on a tow truck parked on the property of 231 Cherry Street.

Stephen Verity, age 22 of Ansonia, was arrested by Milford Police with the assistance of the Seymour Police Department.

Verity was charged with two counts of sixth degree larceny, two counts of sixth degree conspiracy to commit larceny, credit card theft, conspiracy to commit credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, conspiracy to commit illegal use of a credit card, interfering with police, improper use of registration plate and illegal possession of number plate.

Verity's bond was set at $1,000 with a court date of February 14th, 2013.
