Milford Man Throws Cell Phone at Woman's Head
The 26-year-old male allegedly threw the cell phone after his 20-year-old female companion allegedly hit him with her car.
On July 28th at 11:10 a.m., arrested Timothy Ardito, age 26 of 14 Birch Place, Milford and Krysta Cummings, age 20 of 52 Camden Street, Milford.
Responding to a complaint of a disturbance between companions at a Birch Place residence, Milford Police discovered that during the dispute, Cummings allegedly struck Ardito with a vehicle and punched him after he fell from the hood of the vehicle.
Ardito is accused of throwing a cell phone which struck Cummings in the head.

Timothy Ardito has been charged with disorderly conduct and third degree assault.
Krysta Cummings has been charged with disorderly conduct, third degree assault and reckless endangerment.

Ardito and Cummings were released on a promise to appear in court on July 30th.
