On July 25th at 2:10 p.m., arrested Michael Tarantino, age 48 of 815 East Broadway, Milford, was arrested.
An investigation of a harassment complaint led to the arrest of Tarantino, who is accused of making an unwanted text message and phone call to his former spouse after being warned not to.
Tarantino has been charged with second degree harassment.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 26th.
