Milford Police were investigating a motor vehicle accident on the Boston Post Road, when they allegedly discovered that Oretagus Eaddy, age 36 of 41 Gerard Street, Milford, was operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
During his arrest, Eaddy was found to be in possession of a narcotic prescription pill, according to Police.
Eaddy refused to perform a breathalyzer test.
He was charged with DUI, possession of narcotics and improper passing.
Eaddy's bond was set at $500 with a court date of January 15th, 2013.
