A Milford Police officer observed a vehicle stopped on Naugatuck Avenue with the operator responsive.
During a stop of the vehicle, Police found that Ryan Dorso, age 25 of 9 Southern Parkway, Milford, was allegedly operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, resulting in his arrest.
Dorso refused to perform a breathalyzer test. Dorso allegedly physically struggled with Officers while being processed at the Police Department.
Ryan Dorso was charged with DUI and interfering with police.
His bond was set at $500 with a court date of January 8th, 2013.
