Milford Police observed a vehicle involved in allegedly suspicious activity at 134 Gulf Street.
During the investigation, police found that Paul Swiderski, age 21 of 29 Meeting House Lane, Milford, was allegedly operating the vehicle while under the influence, resulting in his arrest.
According to police, Swiderski refused to perform a breathalyzer test.
He was charged with DUI.
His bond was set at $500 with a court date of March 28, 2013.
