Milford Man Charged w/Disorderly Conduct, Threatening, Criminal Trepass

A Milford man was arrested after allegedly threatening to harm a resident of Alberta Jagoe Court, Milford. 

Arthur Filosi, age 53 of 1 Bertrose Avenue, Milford, is accused of also restraining the female victim by the neck and trespassing, after being previously banned from Milford redevelopment and housing authority owned property, according to Milford Police.

Filosi was charged with disorderly conduct, second degree threatening and first degree criminal trespass. 

He was held on $1,500 bond.

To clarify, they have 4 cats, and they're only able to take two of them, plus their 14 year old dog.Read More It was a struggle for them to even find a way to get the dog in the rental agreement, otherwise they would have tried to take them. :(

Please contact Forgotten Felines in Clinton. They are a no kill cat shelter. Offering "free toRead More a good home" pets is dangerous. There are bad people out there who take them and sell them to research labs or use them as bait in dog fighting. Please rethink this ad.
